Description

The Force, Incorporated DTVLinx Model 2753 Single-mode 1-622 Mb/s Fiber Optic Link provides a high-quality, low cost system for transferring high-speed digital video or data with complete EMI immunity via fiber optics.
The Model 2753 handles data rates from 1.0 Mb/s to 622 Mb/s and uses 9/125 micron single-mode fiber. The units offer an optical loss range up to 30 dB. There are no user adjustments required over the full optical loss range.
State-of-the-art 1310 nm or 1550 nm electro-optics are incorporated to achieve the performance levels cited. The parts may also be used with ECL logic levels (positive or negative). Path lengths are usable to distances greater than 50 km over 9/125 micron fiber (0.5 dB/km at 1310 nm) and 100 km (0.25 dB/km at 1550 nm).
